Is it possible to add a proof of payment (document) in a ticket.
Persons who want to sign in, need to sign in in another website to start an event.
After that they have to sign in in our website to get a refund. We need a proof of payment that they paid in the first website-event. (not supported by us)

Hi there,

Event Espresso itself doesn’t have a method for usrs to upload files during the registration, however a 3rd party created an add-on that allows for it which is available here:

However, note that the we don’t provide support for 3rd party add-ons so if you have issues with the above you’ll need to open a ticket with the author of that add-on.
