HI guys,
sorry this may bit more of a dumb question.
I updraged from EE3 to EE4.
My lisence experies on the 22 nov but there seems no option to renew EE4.
I’m assuming I just click the renew EE3 has shown here

Hi Brent,
It depends. You can click that and renew EE3 and EE4. If you wish to just renew EE4 you can get in touch with sales and they should be able to swap the account over to a pure EE4 account – sales@eventespresso.com
Note that if you do swap to a pure EE4 account you will lose access to EE3 and all its addons.

Yes. Currently EE4 is cheaper than EE3, due to it still having less number of addons etc.

Hi brent,
In a nutshell the EE3 license gives you access to EE3 (and its Add-ons) and EE4.
The main difference with an EE3 Business license and EE4 is that as we release the EE4 Add-ons that have an equivalent EE3 Add-on, if you have an EE3 license that includes those add-ons, you will also have access to the EE4 Add-ons.
