Upgrading to a Developers License

If I purchase a Business License for $179, and later want to upgrade to the Developer License, can I do this and pay the $320 difference, or do I have to pay the full $499?

Hello Michael,

We offer 25% off (save $124.99) for the Developer license upgrade from the Business license. However, the yearly renewal for the developer is discounted by 50% when the time comes to renew. (Business licenses get 35% off for renewal.)
