Upgrading from EE4 Decaf to EE4 Personal

I have purchased the license for EE4 Personal and have applied the support key but still does not update from Decaf to EE4 Personal.

Hi there,

In this case you may need to update to the ‘regular’ version manually.

The steps to do this manually would be:

1. Download the latest version from your account page
(Save the .zip file somewhere you can find it easily a little later)
2. Deactivate EE4 Decaf on the site. (Dashboard -> Plugins -> EE4 Decaf -> Deactivate) then Delete it.
3. Install EE4 Regular (the zip you just downloaded). Go to Dashboard -> Plugins -> Add new -> Upload plugin. Select the .zip you just downloaded and install, then activate.

You’ll now have EE4 regular installed on the site.

Also, have you modified either the Receipt or Invoice templates at all in EE4 Decaf?
