Will my data or setting will lost if I will delete the EE3 and its add ons? I just want to confirm from you.

Hi Dr. Shefali,
The data and settings are not stored within the plugin files (they’re stored in the site’s database). So it’s safe to delete those files.

Also we need Roles and Permissions on EE3, do we have this also on EE4?

A roles and permissions add-on doesn’t apply for EE4 because EE4 has a built-in capabilities system. If you have non-admin that will only be logging into the WordPress dashboard to access events & registrations, you can set their user role to Events Administrator via the WP > Users admin page.
