I would like to update EE to 3.1.30.1 but I am unable to once again because EE tells me:
“You need a valid Site License Key to enable automatic upgrades. Your current membership level does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.”

I have a valid Site License Key and I’m using EE 3.1.29.1.P. How can this issue be avoided in the future?

I too am getting the same message:
You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.

Sorry for the trouble.

I have reset each of your license keys. Please remove the key from the field in your settings, save, then reenter the key and save again.

Evan. Either someone reset your license key or your key has not been activated. Do you have it added to the General settings of Event Espresso?

I’m getting this same error message in the Plugins Section

You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.

I need to upgrade because I can’t get event espresso to work properly.

Kevin,

I reset your license key just now. Let me know if you can’t auto-upgrade.

Jill,

It looks like your key has been reset because it is not “active” yet. Be sure to have your license key from your account added to the General Settings page of Event Espresso.

Thanks. That worked. Currently my site is under a test subdomain. When I move it to www will I need to reset the license?

@Kevin

Yes, when you move from a test domain to your live domain we will need to reset your key again to use it on that domain & continue to get automatic updates.
