Hi,
I bought EE3 last November for the Ticketing Add-on. Do EE4 Print Ticket and Scan Tickets add-ons replace that EE3 one?
If I upgrade when I have 6 months left what will be the cost for the next 6 months?
My EE3 Business Licence was $200 for a year. EE4 Everything is $280 for a year

Hi Mike,
Since we don’t have mobile apps for EE4 yet, the EE4 add-ons are not a direct replacement. The tickets will have barcodes that you can scan with handheld scanners.
If you will contact us here, we can work out details on the upgrade pricing. Each situation is different.

Hi Mike,
It won’t be anytime soon. There are other outstanding things (JSON API) that need to be completed before we even begin the mobile apps. So, it will likely be sometime in 2016 before we can get to the mobile apps.

Hi Jonathan,
In EE3 I just load the App and scan the QR code.
How does it work in EE4? Do I have to have say a hand-held scanner connected to a laptop with EE4 open?
Can I just scan all the tickets and then send the data to EE4 later?
