Updating Plugin Event Espresso – MailChimp (EE4.4.5+) (1/1)

I receive the error below when trying to update the plugin:

An error occurred while updating Event Espresso – MailChimp (EE4.4.5+): Update package not available.

Please assist

Hi Steve,

I checked your account and the MailChimp add-on isn’t included there. You can contact the sales team via their contact form and they’ll be able to assist you with your account.

How is this possible? I’ve been using it for over a year?

I assume the plugin still works but is just not upgrading?

I can’t say for certain, but it looks like when you renewed your Event Espresso support license, the MailChimp add-on wasn’t renewed. The plugin will still work, your account doesn’t have access to new updates though. Someone from the sales team can help you get that straightened out.
