I’m getting the following message on my WP Dashboard since updating my Event Espresso plugin (v4.3.1p).

“Event Espresso recommends PHP version 5.3.28 or greater in order for everything to operate properly. You are currently running version 5.3.20.
In order to update your version of PHP, you will need to contact your current hosting provider.”

I have contacted my hosting provider and they said they could update my account to PHP 5.4. Before I have them go ahead with the update I wanted to confirm with you that this will fix the issue.

Hi,

You should be able to simply dismiss the message. However we do recommend updating PHP to be higher than 5.3.28, so 5.4 is more than suitable.
