Updating My Install

Howdy! I’ve been running EE for about two years and now with the latest WP 3.5 EE has been starting to throw errors. I need to update it. Couple questions… 1) Do I need to buy the new version for the full price again? I can’t seem to find a way to upgrade my current install. 2) How do I find my license key on my current install so I can associate with my profile here. It seems that my old profile as been deleted?
