Updating items in the emails

I would like to add additional information into the emails and messages. FOr example, I will be asking the user if they would like a table at the event. The answer will be yes or no. I would like to add this information to the ticket. I have tried adding [ANSWER_*How many chairs?] but it did not allow me to save it.

It turns out you’ll need to use
[RECIPIENT_ANSWER_*How many chairs?]
short code in the Main content section of the Ticket Template.

You can click on the icon that appears to the upper right of the editor and it will show you which shortcodes you can use there.
