Update failed and I receive the message that the “update package not available.

Hi there,

That can happen if there is an issue with the communication between your server and ours, is Event Espresso still active on the site?

If so, go to Event Espresso -> General Settings, make no changes and just hit save.

Then retry the update, does it work then?
