We recently tried upgrading to version 3.1.37.8.P and it completely crashed the whole site. We got the white screen. Has anyone else seen this happen when upgrading? We rolled it back to version 3.1.36.5.P to get the site back up, but now we’re unsure of what exactly the issue is or what steps to take.

What prompted us to run the update (after purchasing a license) was complaints from people using some newly released browser versions that they were unable to register. Some have had success using an iPad, but would still love to be able to update the plugin.

Appreciate any assistance!

Not that I’m aware of. Have you checked your site’s PHP error log to see what the error was? Usually a white screen across the entire site means there’s a PHP fatal error when code from the plugin executes. The actual error message will be necessary to troubleshoot this.
