I have all plugins deactivated, I emptied the database tables, I’m using the latest WP and the latest DIVI theme!

Hi rickgman,

If you temporarily switch from the Divi theme to the twentyseventeen theme does the uncaught exception error go away?

I’ll give it a go!

Hi Josh,
No, changing the theme didn’t solve the problem.

Thanks for checking. Do you have access to PHPmyadmin on the server? If so, can you go into the wp_options table and find the option with option name ee_pers_admin_notices?

That option can be deleted, and if you can post the contents of that option here we’d be interested in knowing what was in there.

OK, I’ll delete the option! Here is what was in it: a:17:{s:30:”php_version_5-3-28_recommended”;N;s:5:”CA-AB”;N;s:5:”CA-BC”;N;s:5:”CA-MB”;N;s:5:”CA-NB”;N;s:5:”CA-NL”;N;s:5:”CA-NS”;N;s:5:”CA-ON”;N;s:5:”CA-PE”;N;s:5:”CA-QC”;N;s:5:”CA-SK”;N;s:5:”gb-uk”;N;s:5:”GB-UK”;N;s:30:”php_version_5-4-33_recommended”;N;s:28:”new-state-added-in-tamilnadu”;N;s:21:”new-state-added-ie-wx”;N;s:25:”new-state-added-ph-laguna”;N;}
