Updated IP address and lost SOME of my registrations

HELP! I own a studio that requires advanced registration so that we can prep materials for guests before they come in. I updated my IP address and half of my registrations are gone. I had 9 completed reg for one workshop and now its showing 3.

Did you happen to make a backup of your site’s database before embarking on updating your IP address?

My site host didn’t recommend it and I am new to all of this, didn’t think of that at all! 🙁

Here’s a guide I can recommend that gives you some options for getting up and running with taking regular backups:

If your site host also did not take any backups before the changes to the site were made, you could check the admin email notifications and get the missing registration information from those.
