Update to 3.1.27 not proceeding

I have tried to update EE with version 3.1.27 but it wot let me. I keep getting referred back to my site licence which is paid up as a business licence until next year. This is frustrating as I understand the new version might address the problem I have with Paypal link

Hi Peter,

I reset your licence. Remove the key from Event Espresso > General Settings, save it and then re add it and resave.

Let me know if it doesn’t work.
