Requesting update of our website using a support token for authorize and paypal to fix the immediate action required message on our site requiring the old to be replaced. copied email stream: Tony replied Jan 7, 10:08am Yes, that’s correct, the Authorize.net API Login ID && Authorize.net Transaction Key are the same. Yes, please enter credentials. I can install Accept and set that up with your details if preferred. Just click to redeem your support token and submit the details, I’ll take a look from there. — Troy replied Jan 7, 9:31am Yes, we have access to all that. I also notice they also exist in EE payment settings under the older authorize settings. I am assuming they don’t change. Thanks. Garth replied Jan 6, 11:19am Okay, do you have access to the Authorize.net account API keys and account settings? Managing the account settings and API keys is usually something the client does. I want to make sure you or someone has access to that account before we move forward. — Troy replied Jan 2, 8:27pm We use both Paypal and Authorize. Troy Garth replied Jan 2, 6:05pm Certainly we can help. Do you know if what payment method you want to change to? Depending on which payment integration you want to use as a replacement, we can do all or most of it (depending on the gateway credentials part). — Troy sent a message Jan 2, 12:50pm Troy Bowman |
