Requesting update of our website using a support token for authorize and paypal to fix the immediate action required message on our site requiring the old to be replaced.

Yes, that’s correct, the Authorize.net API Login ID && Authorize.net Transaction Key are the same. Yes, please enter credentials.

I can install Accept and set that up with your details if preferred.

Just click to redeem your support token and submit the details, I’ll take a look from there.

Yes, we have access to all that. I also notice they also exist in EE payment settings under the older authorize settings. I am assuming they don’t change.

Hi Troy,

Okay, do you have access to the Authorize.net account API keys and account settings? Managing the account settings and API keys is usually something the client does. I want to make sure you or someone has access to that account before we move forward.

Certainly we can help. Do you know if what payment method you want to change to? Depending on which payment integration you want to use as a replacement, we can do all or most of it (depending on the gateway credentials part).
