I ran the most recent update and it totally fried my site. I had to disable event espresso to even access the site again. As I need access to my events and ticketing systems (it’s the whole reason I have a site at all) I need to get this resolved.
Was there an error on the page when this happened or just a white screen?
Do you have access to the servers error logs? Your host will usually have a section you can use to view them on your control panel. If so, can you see any errors from Event Espresso there?
If you prefer (and you have FTP credentials to the site) I can check the site’s error logs if you’d like to send those over to me? If so you can use this form:
(Note that generally when an error is thrown straight after an update it means that either part of the update failed and there is a missing file(s) or there’s a conflict. We need the error being thrown to narrow down what needs to be fixed)
