I have people that have registered for my event and sometimes they want to change the information in their registration. I have set up additional field to ask for diets and the program they wish to choose; mostly the changes happen there.
However I cannot change these fields anymore when they complete the registration ( I do not think it makes a difference if they have paid or not). Is there a way to do this?
You, as the admin, can change this within Event Espresso -> Registrations.
Find the registration in the list and click to edit.
At the bottom of the registration you’ll see a ‘Registration form answer’ section, you can click the ‘edit the above question group’ link to enable that section and change the answers there, then just click update.
