Hi. I have a problem with the Upcoming Event Notifications. Is there a way to list only the information related to the transaction of the recipient? |
Hi there, Where are you adding the shortcode in the template are which context are you editing? https://eventespresso.com/wiki/messages-system-working-with-message-contexts/ |

Hi Tony. I am adding the shortcode in the [TICKET_LIST], which is added in the [EVENT_LIST]. |

Hi. Is there any solution for this problem?? |
Hi there, Apologies for the delay. I checked into this and the ATTENDEE_LIST will output attendees differently depending on the data it has available when the message is generated. With the upcoming DateTime messages it’s sending an a message to each individual registrant for the datetime, when you use the ATTENDEE_LIST shortcode within the TICKET_LIST section the data it currently has available is the Ticket, so it pulls in all of the registrations linked to that ticket. Currently, we don’t have a fix for this but I’ll create a ticket for our developer to investigate |

Hi Tony, thanks for your support. So there is no way to show info only related to the specific transaction/registration, right? Thank you anyway. |
Well, no, that’s not correct. The email is based on the current registration passed to it so the majority of the info available is for that specific registration. As the upcoming messages are triggered for every registration on an event/datetime the data controller doesn’t set up what would be required for an ‘Attendee list’ for each specific group registration… because they are ALL getting an email anyway and that is part of the reason why it uses the EE_Ticket above. So knowing that this message is triggered for every registration, may I ask why you need an attendee list that would be repeated N times in each of the group emails? |
