Could you please look at this post: draft 1/26/2017.

Next to “Register now” Button, there is unwanted text: “please select a datetime” but no link. I’m not sure why and how to remove this. I’m assuming this is somewhere in the event setup, however, I can’t find it. Thank you!

Hi there,

I can’t see your post, but I can tell you that there’s a setting in Event Espresso > Events > Templates where you can set

Show Date & Time Filter? to “do not show date & time filter”

I don’t use the templates and it is already set to “do not show date & time filter”

There is only one event Datetime for this event.

Can you post a link to the event? I don’t know where to find the event you’re referring to.

When I published it, the text was removed. How do I send you a screenshot?

You could post a screenshot here, but there’s not much I can do with a screenshot. I know what it is you saw (the date time selector), but that doesn’t explain why it was there in the first place.

Hello. I’m having the same problem, it showed up after I updated. Please see screenshot. The page is here
http://www.ccities.org/conscious-cities-conference-2/
However, so as not to confuse potential buyers, I have removed the red text by ussing the following CSS (obviously not ideal):
.important-notice {
display: none;
}Screenshot

Hi there,

Can you go to Event Espresso > Events > Templates, then set
Show Date & Time Filter? to “do not show date & time filter”? If it’s already set there, you can then click Save.

I have already done that. As well, in preview mode, between the Ticket and “show details” there is no space. When publishing post, these two problems disappear. However, you cannot accurately see the view until you publish. How do we fix these problems? Here is an example that is published.

You can try clearing your browser’s cache, but if you’re only seeing the text when the event is a draft, is really a problem?

KIROS

Yes, it is still a problem, as it is occurring with every event, and you cannot view an accurate preview of the event.

Did you try clearing your browser’s cache?

I cleared all cache and am still having the same 2 problems. Thank you!

If you switch to a different WordPress theme, does the preview show correctly?
