We installed latest version of Event Espresso on a development site and we are not able to create dates and tickets. The Event Tickets and Datetimes window in admin is blank with no option to select (see screenshot attached).

We are using a theme named Betheme. We tried deactivating all plugins except EE and switched theme to Twenty Fifteen. Then still on Twenty Fifteen we reinstalled EE and activated only this plugin. Still same problem. We also have the same site (live version) on another server and it is doing the same.

We also tried installing EE on a new fresh WP site and it works fine. Problem is we still have to install plugin on our site.

So if anyone has an idea of what to try next we will appreciate your help.

Hi,

Can you turn on WP DEBUG and see if any errors appear? https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG

Can you try increasing your memory limit? https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

Please do this while you have no other plugins running and ideally on a default theme.

Activating WP_DEBUG showed an error related to date format. I switched date to D M Y and time to H:M and it works now. Thanks a lot!
