Hi,

since the update to the new Card View interface, users have observed that the ticket quantity can be changed without having to actively save the changes. A short notification is displayed that the change has been made, but no explicit save action is required. This behaviour increases the risk of accidental changes and errors.

Editors have raised concerns about this workflow and have called for the reintroduction of a confirmation or warning message to ensure that changes to ticket sets are intentional. This would help prevent unintentional changes and increase user confidence in managing ticket sets.

Is there a way to include or enable intentional confirmation?

I hope you’re doing well today!

The new interface is designed to be faster to help save you time. I’ll pass your feedback along to our developers for consideration.

If you’re encountering issues or making mistakes while updating event information, here’s a suggestion:

– Set the event to Private or Draft status before making changes.
– Once you’ve finished editing, update the event to Public or Publish it again to make it live.

Does that process make sense? Let me know if you have any questions or need further assistance!
