Greetings

We recently upgraded from EE 3 to EE 4. I’ve read in 4 that the payment and registration status is separate. However, when I click on a registration it says “Current registration status: pending payment”.

Our goal is that all new registrations are marked as “approved” (we have this set in the events > default settings tab. However, new registrations that haven’t completed payment (check or invoice option for example) are not adding to the registration count displayed on the events screen and not being marked as approved as far as we can tell.

Please let me know if I’m doing something wrong, and what the best way to have the class registration count increase with new, unpaid, registrations.

Thanks
Charie

A quick update. It looks like each event has a setting for status on registration. Is there a way to quickly change all events default registration status to approved?

Thanks again
Charlie

Hi there,

Our goal is that all new registrations are marked as “approved” (we have this set in the events > default settings tab.

That’s the default setting used when you create a new event.

Each event can have its own Default Registration Status set on that specific event, the above just sets it to whatever you normally use (the default setting) when creating an event.

Is there a way to quickly change all events default registration status to approved?

Only through manually editing the database so it depends how comfortable you are with phpmyadmin?
