From the event overview , when I review attendees and when I click on the resend registration details button next to an attendee , I receive this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function espresso_qr_code() in /home/teampigu/public_html/tickets/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso/includes/functions/email.php on line 220

Do you have the ticketing addon installed? Or maybe it was installed at one point in time, but deactivated? Or maybe you are using an old version of the ticketing addon?

I did have an old version of the ticketing which wasnt a plugin orginally I believe – I was experiencing this error since verion 3.1.21.1p so I decided today to update to 3.1.27.1p and I noticed that there was a ticketing plug in now so I installed it.
Do I need to remove an old directory or something?

Just delete the old version that is installed in the wp-content/uploads/espresso directory, then download the new ticketing addon from your account and install it like a regular plugin.

That did the trick – thank you very much
