Hello

EE ( Version 5.0.19.p)
We are getting lately more e-mails from customers that get an e-mail message that their payment was not completed or declined, while this was not the case. Perhaps the time needed for the API to complete the loop with the payment provider is too short? What we can we do to minimise the wrong states communicated towards customers?
