Hi,

Could someone explain me why I receive uncomplete subscription like the picture:

Hi there,

It means a registration was started by the ticket selector submitting tickets but then the session stopped, for example, the user closed the browser or navigated away.

Hi,

If i have good unterstoodd:

– when someone selected a ticket and click to “next” and stop after that –> inscription in the database in this table
– when someone selected a ticket, click, write name, surname a.s.o in the next page, click until the billing option and then stop –> inscription in the database, named as “Waiting for payment”

Is this right?

That’s correct, all registrations start this way and then update as the relevant details are added in.

Yes, that is correct.
