We have updated the plugins, and when trying to generate the emails, we receive the error: “Message failed to generate for the following reasons:
Incoming data for the Gateways data handler must have an EE_Transaction object as the value for the first array index.”

We’ve seen that error message before and it turned out to be a plugin conflict. More information here:

If you don’t have any plugins that use oAuth, and can rule out any other plugins there’s a chance that you could fix this by making a change to the settings in Event Espresso > Messages > Settings. You can change the “Send On” setting to “Send on Same request”.
