This is has been reproduced on two separate events, one created just today, another that’s been around for months and gone through EE4 updates. For the first time I was testing out the price modifiers and when attempting to remove one I setup on a few tickets I was unable to remove it. when I click the trash icon for a modifier, it disappears but upon Updating the event to save the settings, the modifier is still there. I was able to remove them by clicking the Trash icon for it, then adding a new modifier that I left blank, then the Update resulted in both the old and the new blank one being removed.
I’ve never tried to remove price modifiers for ticket types before the latest EE4 4.4.0 so I don’t know of this is new problem. No attendee tickets were been registered with these options, I was simply testing out the feature for a few minutes and discovered I was unable to remove them. Runnning WordPress Version 4.0 on hostgator.

Hi Benjamin,
Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I can confirm what you are seeing. Looks like when a price modifier has been added, one must always be there, which is obviously wrong. I’ll add a ticket to look into this.
