Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/EE_Registry.core.php on line 452
customers who ordered a large amount of tickets are unable to print there tickets. The link doesn’t work. I have asked the host to [max_execution_time = 60] but so far I am still reading the fatal error.

Exactly the same error?
As in the host has set max_execution_time to 60 but you still see 30 seconds within the message? If so the change has not been applied to your site or Apache needs to be restarted.

Yes. It still says 30. Is there any other work around for this. The host says the php has been fixed and that there are issues with the plugin.

Were they sure about that where they could mention exactly what those issues might be?
It will also help to know how many tickets in the transaction.

They weren’t sure what the errors are. There are 18 tickets in the transaction.

If you’re still getting an error that says
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded
then that’s something that will need to get fixed on the server side. The plugin is not causing that issue.
