Fatal error: Cannot redeclare is_multi() (previously declared in /home7/statepen/public_html/wp-content/plugins/webfontswordpressjsonwitheditor/includes/includes.php:342) in /home7/statepen/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso/includes/functions/main.php on line 1006

Worpress Version: WordPress 3.6.

Event Espresso installed:Out-of-the-box Events Registration integrated with PayPal IPN for your WordPress blog/website. Version 3.1.34.1.P

Event Espresso Calendar: A full calendar add on for Event Espresso. Includes month, week, and day views. Version 2.0.6.1

Event Espresso – Social Media A social media add-on for Event Espresso. Includes includes Facebook and Twitter share buttons. Version 1.1.5.1

Event Espresso API Plugin A JSON/XML API for Event Espresso Version 2.0.2.p

I have tried to update PHP, but Bluehost tells me I have what is needed for the website. My event is coming soon and I really need to make this work or I must get a refund.

Hi Marsha,

That Error is caused by the plugin ‘webfontswordpressjsonwitheditor’ declaring the same function as Event Espresso.

I would recommended deactivating the other plugin for now and Event Espresso should work fine. I’ll get a ticket raised with the developers to stop the conflict in the future.

Hi Marsha,

If you can send the Bluehost FTP credentials via this form we can apply a temporarily fix so you can use both plugins until the next version of Event Espresso is ready which will have a permanent fix:

Please send WordPress admin level log in credentials via the contact form on this page:

Hi Marsha,

I’m so sorry. Is it about the FTP credentials? If so, this is something you can get from bluehost if you ask.

If you’re okay with not using the Web fonts plugin you can deactivate it for now and the next update of Event Espresso will have the conflict fixed. If that works for you, there’s no need to send us any more information.

Hi again Josh,
I deactivated all the plugins I was using on the website and installed it, it worked! Now I have to go through plugin by plugin to see what the conflict was, starting with the one or two you mentioned.

I ordered a problem solving ticket, could I apply that toward the $149 ticketing feature, if I choose to?

Thanks again, Marsha
