Unable to install EE

Unable to download EE, simply circles back to my account page where it shows my license key but says it is not active. Also bought the VIP Membership but my account makes no mention of it. When I ordered EE today, there was an option to buy help with installing. I didn’t buy it at the time, but I would like to purchase now. However, can’t find it anywhere on the website. Thanks for helping.

How are you today? Sorry for your trouble. We’re not sure why your account wasn’t updated correctly. I have updated it and you can now get the files from your account page.
