Unable to get a Download link to show for Transactions

I’ve been asked to get a transaction report exported for the year to date and I can sort the Tranactions but nowhere do I see a clickable download button for a CSV (or anything). And no matter what I do in the Reports tab, I only get the last month to display. Not helpful. Any suggesitons? What am I doing wrong?
