Unable to get 3.1.24.3 to work

Hi I am trying to update from Version 3.1.15.P I am unable to get the plugin to work when I activate it… (so I’ve had to put the reactivate the old one.

any ideas?

Hi Ana,

What happens when you try to activate the new version? Are there any errors that appear on the screen?
