Hello, I recently sent you an e-mail concerning a problem I was having. The issue is that when someone registers for an event, no e-mails are being sent. I’ve checked the settings and everything appears to be in order. Initially when I contacted you it was discovered that I was not running the most updated versions of Word press and event espresso. WordPress has been updated to the most recent version as well as event espresso. I contacted a developer who attempted to look into this issue for me however he has indicated to me that this is an issue that he is not interested in fixing because he does not work with word press. The second issue that I’ve noticed is that if you open an invoice after an attendee has registered and click on the pay online link it is not taking them to A screen that allows them to enter in their credit card info and pay for the event. This was working however not its not. I dont know what has changed that may have caused these issues to occur. This is an extremely important issue that I need to get fixed as soon as possible. Do you offer any tech support for this issue or can you recommend A developer who is familiar with your software who I can hire to fix the issue for me. Unfortunately it seems to fix this issue is above my knowledge of computers and I simply don’t know which way to turn. Please help.

2) Payment issue. Can you go to Event Espresso > General Settings page in your dashboard and look for the setting “Show payment options for “Pending Payments” on the Payment Overview page?” make sure it is set to yes.
