I’ve just pushed 4.10.16.p with a fix for this, please update to the latest version and retry.
If you don’t see the update notification go to Event Espresso -> General Settings and hit save, that will force a version check.
Fixing the individual templates that have had the HTML contents removed from them will require resetting the template.
When you edit say the Invoice template, in the sidebar on the right you’ll see a ‘Reset Templates’ button, click that and EE will regenerate the template using the default PHP template files.
(Note – do the reset after you have updated to 4.10.16.p)
