Unable to download pre-release add-ons

Hi

We’re trying to download the attendee batch import form https://eventespresso.com/wiki/attendee-batch-import-add-on/ but cannot see it on our pre-downloads list.

We have followed the instructions to enable the pre-dowloads list from https://eventespresso.com/wiki/pre-release-channel-guide/ but cannot see the add-on.

Hi John,

You’ll need an active support license to access software from the pre-release channel.

The business support license (https://eventespresso.com/product/business-license/) on the account that you are writing from is currently expired.
