Unable to download Event Espresso after purchase

I have purchased Event Espresso and am able to log in to my account page but download link is not working. What can I do to fix this?

Hi Kelly,

Sorry for the trouble. I have updated your account. You should see your files available for download, as well as your license key.

Hi Jonathan,

I was able to see the downloadable files on my account page on February 6th however when I went back today to download everything the files are no longer there (I do see the license key). Where should I look for all plugin files?

Event Espresso Plugin files are not on my account page, where can I get access to these?
