Unable to download EE Premium

I purchased a premium license and setup my account. However I am unable to download a premium version of the plugin nor the add-ons. Am I missing something?

I apologize for the problems that you have experienced. I have updated your account to reflect your purchase on January 21, 2014.

Thank you, Nikki. However, when I log in to my account it says that that my 12 month license is expried. And I am still unable to download EE Premium. Thanks so much.

Hi Alex,

I am sorry about that. We made a mistake in the expiration date. I have corrected this. You should be able to see the files and license key now.
