Hi guys, Last week I tried to download a pdf of any transaction invoices. When I get to the download pdf button it just freezes. I tried doing some older reciepts. Same problem. I tried changing browsers and computers but still no love. here is copy of the error i receive I tried update to the latest version as of the 15/03 and this still did not resolove the error. it seemed to work fine up until about a week ago. any further suggestions for trouble shooting this ? happy to send through login information if it helps ๐ |

Thanks so much for the reply I checked with our server and we have the max memory allocated of 512 MB ** Removed – Tony ** anything else worth trying ?

could there be an issue with the rendering of the event location. it works when I try and print just the transaction invoice but the error occurs when I try and print the full reciept from the transaction page. |
Hi Brent, I have removed the link from your post, you really don’t want that much information about your server config publicly available, I recommend removing the file from your server or using .htaccess to require a login to view it.
The the ‘Invoice’ link works but the ‘Receipt’ does not?
What has changed between now an then? Have you installed/updated any plugins or modified the template in that time? Are you using default templates for the Receipt/Invoice or have you modified them? |

Gday Tony ! nice they are bringing out the big guns. I dont believe I have made any changes. Using default templates with no mods. I cant think of anything that has been changed other than the recent ee update but that occured after the problem. is it worth you having a sign in to my backend ? |
The rest of the support team are just as capable (if not more so) than I ๐ I just spend more time within the messages system (which is used to generate the Invoice/Receipts) If you enable WP_Debug and retry loading the Invoice does it show any error messages? |
