You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.

Please could you resolve this, so I can do the upgrade.

Which of these two domains do you want to run automatic upgrades on?

or
test.ishausa.org/oldusa
The license key system will only allow for updates on one domain. What you will need to do is run manual updates on one, and remove the key from one of the sites, then request a free key reset from your account page. Once the key is reset, you’ll get a follow up email with further instructions.
