Hi,

I am trying to delete some of our bigger events (registrations over 1000).
I have managed to delete all old smaller events but two with over 1000 registrations both show this error when trying to delete them: An error occurred and the job has been stopped. Please refresh the page to try again.

I have checked our server error logs but it does not show anything in there.

Kind regards
Nat

Hi Nat,

Strange! So when an error like the above is happening it usually means a fatal error being thrown and those are usually stored in the server’s error logs.

Try adding this to your site’s wp-config.php file:

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/troubleshooting-checklist/#wpdebug

That snippet goes above /* That's all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */ and it replaces the single line that is usually define('WP_DEBUG', false);

Mine looks like this:
https://monosnap.com/file/dez7LaR1XzTlhKaCH7gTCCCdmPpxqy

Then retry the above and look in /wp-content/debug.log

Any errors there?
