Unable to create multiple tickets for events

Hello,

I am unable to use the “create ticket” button. The page just refreshes when I hit the button. The following error is on the page:

ReferenceError: wpv_help_box_texts is not defined

I have not had a need to create multiple tickets until recently so I have no idea how long it has been like this.

Hi Samantha,

That error will be cause by a theme or plugin conflict, you can find out if it’s the theme or a plugin by following these steps:

1) A theme conflict. You can rule this out by temporarily switching to the default WordPress theme, then test. The theme test drive plugin allows for testing another theme without actually changing your site’s theme.

2) A plugin conflict. You can rule this out by temporarily deactivating any other installed WordPress plugins. Then you reactivate them one by one, while testing the error condition between each reactivation.

Are all of your plugins up to date?

Is your theme up to date?
Which theme are you using?

Hi Tony,

I was able to narrow the issue down to a plugin – Toolset Types. It is completely up to date but will not let me create multiple tickets when it is activated. Do I need to deactivate every time I want to make multiple tickets or is there a more permanent solution?

Hi Samantha,

I have Toolset Types 2.2.3 and Event Espresso running on a testing site and I can create multiple tickets and datetimes.

Could you share a copy of your toolset types settings? There is an export option that looks like this:

You can upload to a service like Dropbox or Cloudapp or Tinygrab and then share here and we’ll take another look with those settings on a testing site.
