Unable to Connect to URL

Good afternoon, I am providing IT support for HSC (housing coproration Canada) and they are unable to visit the following error “403 Forbidden” . The customer is an account holder with Event Espresso

The customer attempted to visit the URL https://events.hscorp.ca/?hsc-cp but receives the error message above

Please can you assist me here
