I have a registrant that has an individual ticket and then a second ticket that has himself and another registrant. When I try and change the name of the single ticket it changes both. I need to change the single ticket to another name yet leave his contact info. How can this be done.
You could do an admin-only ticket, and set its price to match the original ticket. You can remove the payment from the original transaction, and manually add a payment to the new transaction.
