Hi,
I no longer have access to edit or add message templates. So there is not sent any e-mail upon approval of registration.
When I go into the “message” tab, it just looks like the enclosed picture.
Can you help me?
If you view the Settings tab on the same section shown in your screenshot does it show the messages within the Active or In-active section?
If the messages are inactive or missing look within the Email setting box at the top right, there should also be a toggle switch, switch that off, wait a few seconds and switch it back.
