Unable to add new ticket

Hi there,

When trying to add a ticket in Event Espresso and assigning an event date to it, as well as a sell start/until time, price, and quaintly to it, if I then click “Update” to save the ticket, it disappears. 

Note: This doesn’t happen when I duplicate a ticket.

Can you please provide me with a fix/solution to this?

Can you please share a screen recording of the issue?

Also, can you please enable the debug log and check if there is any error showing during the issue?
