Thank you Josh! I really appreciate your fast response to this question, and your helpful reply. In this case, the site is a very small non-profit organization, and they don’t have the budget for a license (and the subsequent upgrade) right now. But when we do, we will renew and upgrade to 4 :).
I will also continue to point my other clients with ticketing needs to EE.
