Unable to add multiple tickets to an event

I switched hosting providers and copied over my wordpress website. I no longer can add create new tickets so I can have multiple tickets for an event or add date times.

PHP Version:
5.2.17
MySQL Version:
5.5.37
Event Espresso Version:
4.2.6.p

Hi Susan,

Could you backup your WordPress and update to the current version of Event Espresso?

If the issue continues, then please try temporarily deactivating all plugins and reactivating only Event Espresso to rule out a plugin conflict.

Do I need to deactivate my current version of the plugin or just upload the zipfile of the new version?

What happens to the registration and events that already exist with the old version?

Hi Susan,

It turns out that your registration and events are not stored within the plugin’s files. They are stored separately on the server’s database. When you update to a newer version of Event Espresso, you’ll want to follow this guide:
