Hello, our client has informed us that they are having some issues with the event section on their website, https://oakemanor.com/. If you navigate to an event, select an amount of tickets, then hit register, you are greeted by the following message: “Nothing in your Event Queue. You need to select at least one event before you can proceed with the registration process.” even though you just selected a ticket. This seems to happen on and off, so if it works when you try, please refresh the page until the issue occurs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I see your hosting with WP Engine, have you recently contacted them to exclude the EE pages from caching?
The ‘Nothing in your event queue’ error is almost exclusive to caching and WP Engine have server-side caching enabled on all pages by default, you need to contact them and have them exclude the EE pages from that cache:
(Your slugs may be different if you altered them from the default values)
Looking over the response headers for the pages on your site it looks like this may have already been done, is that a recent change and this has now been fixed or are you still getting the above error?
